I'm over halfway through the JM 30 Day Shred!

The Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred is a very good circuit workout timed at 20 minutes per workout. I’ve noticed some strength returning to my body (long story, but I quit exercising due to hip problems) and a lot more energy throughout the day…so I bought myself some new shoes and a new exercise outfit! (Hollah!)

I’ll have the hubby take a picture of me. Caution, I just finished the Shred and am sweaty…no better way to be after a good workout though!


My husband is a lousy photographer. He told me to say cheese AFTER he took the picture. Sheesh. Should have had the 6-year-old take it.
