Trucking along with Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred. Level two is marginally more difficult than level one. There are a lot of ups and downs during the cardio. JM has you doing horizontal moves like plank jacks, then jumping up and doing vertical moves like trunk twists, which could cause discomfort for beginners.
I would modify those moves a bit by taking the planks up to a chair or sofa height to prevent dizziness and vertigo.
Otherwise, it’s fun and offers some great combo-moves to increase the amount of calories burned.
